MyEugene will keep your personal information private and confidential. MyEugene will never release your contact information to any third party without first getting your authorization. When you subscribe to email updates, you will receive a notice whenever MyEugene is updated. You can remove yourself from the news update notification system at any time. No more than twice per year, you may be asked to participate in a brief survey. Your comments are public information and may also be used to help us improve MyEugene.

Comment Policy

You are encouraged to submit comments on any story or topic…whether they’re supportive, dissenting, critical or otherwise. Comments are moderated to minimize self-promotion, marketing and spam. Comments will never be edited for context or meaning. However, if we have the time and resources available at MyEugene, we may edit for spelling and grammar.

NOTE: Comments will not get published if they:

• are anonymous
• are abusive
• are off-topic
• contain ad-hominem attacks
• promote hate of any kind
• use excessively foul language
• are blatant spam
