Have you seen the individual(s) in the surveillance video?
Two bank robberies in two weeks with similar suspect descriptions have lead Eugene Police to believe both crimes may have been committed by a single person.
On August 23, at 4:29 p.m. officers responded to the Pacific Cascade Federal Credit Union, 1075 Oak Street, in response to a robbery. The suspect entered the bank, presented the teller with a note demanding cash and left on foot with an undisclosed amount of money. The suspect was described as a white female in her early 20s, between 5’4″ – 5’6″ and weighing 115 lbs – 125 pounds. She had brown hair, and was describe with a large amount of acne and acne scars. At the time of the robbery she was last seen wearing a tan straw hat, sunglasses, white shirt and blue jeans. Although a police K-9 was called in to assist, the suspect was not located.
An additional bank robbery was reported to Eugene Police at 4:54 p.m. on August 30, at the 1450 High Street location of Pacific Continental Bank. Police responded and learned a white female had entered the bank, displayed a note demanding cash and then exited on foot in an unknown direction with an undisclosed amount of cash. The suspect was also described as a white female around 18-years-old, approximately 5’3″, 110 lbs, with dark hair. The suspect was seen wearing light blue jeans, a black Oregon baseball hat, dark sunglasses, and a black hooded sweatshirt with the word “Sunriver” printed in white lettering. Officers and a police K-9 searched the area; however the suspect was not found.
