Update (as of 1:02 a.m. on 6/26/10): According to Lane County officials, “Arthur Wayne Acques was located by the Florence Police Department, in his Jeep, at Hwy. 101 and 26th Street in Florence. Acques was not injured, however taken to Peace Harbor Hospital for a medical evaluation.”
Have you seen Arthur Way Acques? He was last seen around 9 a.m. at his residence on Chezem Road in Eugene.
Acques is described as 5’11” and about 200 lbs with very short gray hair. He normally wears glasses and has a short trimmed beard gray in color.
He was last seen wearing black jeans, a short sleeved plaid shirt (white, black, and green plaid), and had a green and yellow jacket with him. He was wearing either white tennis shoes or black Oxford-style shoes.
Acques is believed to be driving a 1997 Jeep Grand Cherokee, very dark green in color (almost looks black) with Oregon license plate 797ALU.
“…it is possible that Mr. Acques is suffering from an unknown medical problem,” said Lane County Sergeant Cliff Harrold.
