[PHOTOS] Mayor gets personal with Eugene residents

Mayor Kitty Piercy met with West Eugene residents this week at her monthly “One-on-One” session. Next month’s meeting will be held in Ward 7 on November 24 (location TBA).

Eugene Mayor Kitty Piercy appeared, along with Eugene Police Captain Steve Swenson and 6th Ward City Councilwoman Jennifer Solomon at the Albertson’s on Royal Road in Eugene for her monthly “one-on-one” with constituents. The Mayor made an effort to greet constituents even if they did not stop to talk.

Eugene Mayor Kitty Piercy and Eugene Police Captain Steve Swenson speak with Rich Locus of Eugene at the Albertson’s on Royal Road in Eugene for her monthly “one-on-one” with constituents. “We try to follow up on the issues raised at these events,” Piercy said. “If we have the person’s contact information we can personally follow up with them on the outcome of our solutions.”
