Tour of “green” buildings at Crescent Village, July 14 at noon

Crescent-Village The Eugene branch of the Cascadia Region Green Building Council is hosting a public tour of the “green” buildings in Crescent Village on July 14 from noon to 1 pm at 2750 Shadow View Drive.

The tour, which will be lead by Rowell Brokaw Architects, will cover the sustainable elements of the overall development, the two Crescent Village buildings that will be LEED certified, and the certification process.

Tour participants, who will meet outside at the Village Center – the intersection of Shadow View Drive and Tennyson Avenue, are welcome to bring their own lunch.

About the LEED buildings at Crescent Village

  • The Inkwell is a four-story commercial building, expected to achieve LEED Gold certification.
  • The Arlie & Co. Office is expected to achieve LEED Platinum certification.
