Free shuttle buses will provide direct service to the starting area of the Butte to Butte road race on Saturday, July 4. The shuttles will provide racers and walkers an opportunity to leave their cars near the finish line and get a ride to 40th Avenue and Donald Street.
Runners – Get a shuttle ride at the corner of 5th Avenue and Pearl Street every five minutes beginning at 6:30 am; the final bus will depart at 7:40 am.
Walkers – Get a shuttle ride at the corner of 4th Avenue and High Street every five minutes beginning at 6:30 am; the final bus will depart at 8 am. This second location, which offers additional bus options and parking at EWEB, is available to better accommodate the thousands of participants taking part in the 2009 Butte to Butte event.
Note: Dogs are not allowed on the race course and may not be transported on the shuttles. Participants using running strollers should have strollers folded prior to boarding a shuttle bus.
